What to do when you don’t have a router table? Build one!

I have an upcoming project to build mirror frames for our master bathroom. One for over each sink and constructed of up-cycled pallet wood; a common theme as you will see.

To do that I needed to create a nice routed edge to hold the glass. I had a router, but not a table for it.

I used a 27” wide scrap of one inch plywood to start because that is half of the platform bed support that I made previously for my daughter; but that’s another project story.
